Victorian Blog #1 (Historical)

The story shows that people since the begging of time have shown that they stand out from regular society. That they are better by the way they dress, and the way they act. It was also the start of the Industrial Revolution seeing that more people were wealthier than usual. The poor got poorer and down upon with even more scorn. As when Basil couldn't believe Dorian would love someone so  beneath him.

Victorian Blog #1 (Characterzation)

Dorian Gray a man of such beauty that he is supposedly a necessity in others lifes. Simple minded at least until his true spirit is shown when Henry unlocks it from deep within. Maybe the threat to end his life was the first sign of his sadistic soul showing it's obsession over youth. Others speak so highly of him only if they iknew the truth. Basil is the first to take a glimpse. Seeing more Henry in him than Dorian. It makes you think was there really a Dorian he is always seen following never leading.

Victorian Blog #1 (Relationship)

The relationship between Basil, Lord Henry, and Dorian Gray is weird at most. At first Basil was obsessed with Dorian Gray feeling that he was drawn to him by his personality or physical apperance. Dorian on the other hand finds Basil dull at most.  Lord Henry sometimes seems as if he is what he claims he dislikes. Henry changes Dorian's statae of mind until he is ready to kill himsel if thats not manipulation I don't know what is.

Victorian Blog #1 (Romance)

The so called romance between Dorian Gray and Sibyl Bane reminds me of the relationship between Romeo and Juliet. There love was only skin deep. Dorian found one flaw, and was through with her. He felt that he needed to see her everyday that it was a neccesity. In the end only two things came out of the relationship was the death of Sibyl Bane. Also the act of Dorian accepting the terms of beingyoung the rest of his life.

What Just Happened (23)

Victor and I newly weds. I can't believe I just said that. Everything is going smoothly we are taking a romantic walk around the grounds, but Victor still seems worried as though he is waiting for something. Victor tells me to go back to the house.I still have the feeling something is wrong.I have the weird feeling I'm being watched. Then everything goes dark. Where am I? Can anybody hear me? VICTOR!

Wedding Pt.2 (22)

The is being planned as I speak I can't believe I have been waiting for this day since I met Victor. I'm concerned though something does not seem right. Oh well I'm sure it's nothing.Victor just told me he has a secret, he can only tell me after we are married. I can only hope it is nothing horrible as he was accused of murdering Henry ,no  I'm sure It's nothing right.

Wedding (Ch.22)

I've sent a letter to Victor. I heard he and his father have stopped in Paris. I fear the worst for our engagement, I wonder if he has found another. He stills eases my thoughts with his soothing words. Victor has returned to me but he does not seem himself I wonder what is bothering him. It is not like him to keep secrets. Or is it.

More Misery (Ch.19-21)

Victor and Henry have set off for Scotland sadly at first this was all I knew. I think it would have been to not hear anything at all. I've heard that they've found Henry dead with black marks around his neck. Worst of all they believe my Victor is the murderer. This is too much to take.

Mumbling (Ch.17)

Victor Mumbles to himself about some creation of his. Some promise he maid to an old freind. I just can't help thinking he's going crazy. I love him so ,but him going crazy wouldn't affect my love for him.

WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Ch.18)

Why does he not love me so! I gave him my whole heart, and still he will not marry me.
Im sure he loves me. He must just be distracted by his work. When we marry I just hope he can set asisde his work. We'll get married right?

DEATH (CH. 16)

Oh my god William is dead. They found him strangled in the woods. I can't believe it he was always so happy and full of life. Life will just seem a little darker without him here. The worst part of it is that justine was convicted of his murderer. I'm just confused

Counting Away The Days (Chapter 13-14)

I can't bear it I'm couting away the days he's been gone! I can only imagine what he is going through right now. I always wonder if he thinks about me as much as I do him. I can't wait for him to return he is the only thing I have left. I just feel so tired of it all.

The Date (Ch.7)

William is dead I cannot beleive it. He was so young and joyful. I blame myself theres only one explanation.My only wish is to see Victor to aid me. He would know how to calm me down I just can't get over thes catastrophe.

The Letter (Ch.6)

I've written my letter to Victor I hope he writes back. I fear for his health he does not write anybody.I also fear for the health of Justine her family has died. She sat with her mother as she died just as I. Everyone has forgetton about her just as everyone use to forget about me.

Elizabeth (About Me)

When I was a child I was poor and ill fed. I had no real  family and barely stayed alive.Until one day a woman and her son came to my home. I was given to her she would be my new mother. From there I lived a life I only knew in my dreams. Later in my life I caught scarlet fever and was nursed back to health by my selfless mother. She caught the suckness and died she said that she had always wanted me and Victor to wed.
